George Lockhart is an American mixed martial arts (MMA) Welterweight fighter, former U.S. Marine, physical trainer, gym owner and nutritionist. He was born in January 26, 1983 in Alpharetta, Georgia. He is associated to the Warriors Legion MMA, had has won MMA championships by knockouts (KO) and technical knockouts (TKO).

Lockhart has been in the MMA circuit since 2001. His first fight on record was a loss by submission (choke) against Edwin Dewees in Rage in the Cage 29 (RITC 29).

This first upset was followed by consecutive wins in the Freestyle Championships (FFC) 3, 4, and 6 where he faced Mark Beacher (FFC 3, won by Decision), Gene Gildea (FFC 4, won by armbar submission) and Rick Folse (FFC 6, won by TKO) Along his fighting career Lockhart has had more victories than defeats, with a record of 12 to 7.

He has been victorious in the International Sport Combat Federation’s (ISCF) championships, Knuckle Up and Battle of Rome. He has also participated and won in the American Fighting League’s Eruption and Bulletproof championships, where he won by Unanimous decision and rear- naked choke respectively.
